Dr. Blume is a dedicated Utah dentist with nearly three decades of experience helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. A graduate of the Medical College of Virginia (Virginia Commonwealth University) with honors in 1997, he has spent his career focused on comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Dr. Blume brings extensive experience in dental implantology, surgical extractions, cosmetic dentistry, and advanced restorative procedures. He is committed to gentle, personalized treatment and takes the time to listen, explain options clearly, and help patients feel at ease… especially those who experience dental anxiety. He utilizes modern technology, including digital imaging and CAD/CAM systems, to deliver precise diagnoses and effective results.

After building and running a successful private practice in Springville for more than a decade and serving patients across Utah Valley and beyond, Dr. Blume is excited to put down roots in southern Utah as the new owner of Enoch Implant Center. He looks forward to continuing to provide high-quality implant and comprehensive dental care.

Alongside him is his beautiful wife and partner, Kristin, who shares in the vision and daily work of the practice. Together they are proud parents of a blended family of nine children and two grandchildren. A lifelong Utah resident (aside from his dental education and a church mission), Dr. Blume loves the outdoors. He enjoys mountain and road biking, camping, hiking, fishing, and four-wheeling, and he values staying active and healthy. He and his wife are thrilled to become part of the Enoch and Cedar City area.
